Our process starts with discovery meetings, this is a the time to sit down and talk about the building process and for me, the builder to understand the owner’s needs, expectations, and timeline.

Plan Meeting

The second and fun meeting that will start with developing a floor plan and end up with a full set of construction documents.

Budget Meeting

Budgets are tailored to meet the owner’s goals and needs and what prices are in the current market for materials.

Contract Meeting

Owners will have the tools to move forward and understand the full process and expectations on both sides.
